Evaluates the shoulder joint, rotator cuff, labrum, and surrounding structures. Used for: • Rotator cuff tears and tendinopathy • Labral tears (SLAP lesions) • Shoulder impingement syndrome • Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) • Bankart lesions after dislocation
