About This Test
Evaluates how well the kidneys are filtering waste from the blood. Includes: • Serum Creatinine • Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) • Uric Acid • Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium, Chloride) • eGFR (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Important for patients with diabetes, hypertension, or family history of kidney disease.
📋 Preparation Instructions
Drink plenty of water. No fasting required. Avoid excess protein intake 24 hours before the test.
